“At that time, Mary went with haste to the hill country”

More Than a Helper. A Presence.

I'm Caitlin — a postpartum caregiver, ministry worker, and mother.

My heart for this work began through years of serving in vulnerable spaces: ministering to women in college, working in Nepal, and walking alongside close friends through the sacred fog of their postpartum seasons.

And then, after walking through my own, I knew — this kind of support shouldn't be rare. It should be normal. Expected. Cherished.

Support rooted in the Sacred

My care is guided by Christian values — centered on the dignity of motherhood and the holiness of postpartum.

Whether I’m folding laundry, making soup, or simply listening — it’s all prayerful. If you desire, I’ll pray with you. If not, know I’m quietly lifting your family up as I serve.

Like Mary’s visit to Elizabeth, I believe showing up matters. And I do not take that responsibility lightly.

Order. Beauty. Peace. In the Midst of change.

I named this work Eden Postpartum because I believe the home can reflect something sacred — even in messy, milk-soaked, tender beginnings.

I’m not here to hold the baby and chit-chat. I’m here to run with haste to serve. To stand in the gap where family can’t. To bring beauty, order, and calm into the home so that you — the mother — can rest, heal, and feel whole.
